2. ServoraPrise by Chicent

Founder’s solopreneur identity and innovation brand. Focus: brand development, agency services, and Recharge Republic stewardship. Established August 30, 2025.

3. Diamore Innovation

Established July 14, 2024. Legacy arm specializing in Aluminium Fabrication, POS Agency Services, Vendor Exchange, and General Merchandise.

4. Recharge Republic

Media and civic engagement arm for outreach, campaigns, and NGO partnerships.

5. VCEE Merchant

CAC Reg. BN: 7877673, Aug 30, 2024. Upgraded into Servora Enterprise Limited on July 8, 2025.

6. Planned GTE

Nonprofit trustee body for governance oversight and founder vision preservation.
