Unauthorized downloading, copying, or distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

Notices that do not include all of the above elements may be considered incomplete and may not be processed. Users who are repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your name, contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts. Counter-notices should be submitted to the same Copyright Agent.
