SERVORAPRISE ECOSYSTEM — OVERVIEW

1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms govern the use of ServoraPrise’s VTU (Virtual Top-Up) recharge services by Resellers and API Clients. They apply when placing orders via our web dashboard or API integration.

2. Service Overview

We provide airtime and data voucher top-up services across major telecom networks. Resellers can initiate orders either through our user interface or programmatically via APIs.

VTU platforms like VTU.ng and VTUJET are known for offering competitive pricing, reliability, and reseller support.

4. Availability & API Uptime

We strive for high service availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. In the event of unplanned outages, we will notify affected users promptly.

5. Order Failures & Refunds

For orders that fail due to internal errors, we will retry or refund the credit value within 3 business days. Third-party network-related failures may take longer to resolve, depending on provider responsiveness.

6. Transaction Limits & Fraud Monitoring

We may enforce per-transaction or daily limits. Suspicious activity triggers immediate investigation and may result in temporary suspension to mitigate risks.

This precaution aligns with standard fraud prevention methods used in VTU operations.

7. Pricing & Profitability

Resellers typically earn commissions in the range of 2%–5% per transaction, depending on the platform and volume.
