1. Overview

ServoraPrise Ecosystem POS outlet operations enable customers to withdraw, deposit, transfer funds, and pay bills through authorized agents. These terms apply to both customers and agents operating under our POS network.

Commissions and bank charges may apply. Fees are disclosed before confirmation.

2.3 Failed Transactions & Disputes

If debited without value received, report within 24 hours with receipt. Resolution may take up to 7 business days depending on banks/networks.

2.4 Fraud & Misuse

Fraudulent activity (stolen cards, false claims) leads to suspension and possible law enforcement action.

2.5 Liability

ServoraPrise is not liable for failures due to third-party banks, networks, or customer errors. Liability is limited to confirmed funds received by us.


3. Agent/Outlet Terms

3.1 Payment Handling & PCI

Agents must use PCI-DSS compliant POS terminals and processors. Raw card data (PAN, CVV) must not be stored.

3.3 Chargebacks & Reversals

If a payment is disputed, we follow bank and provider rules to resolve it. We handle disputes fairly, protect our customers, and make sure any issues caused by system or agent error are addressed quickly.
