1. Service Overview

ServoraPrise Vendor Exchange provides conversion services for digital assets (cryptocurrency, gift cards, PayPal funds, airtime, electronic vouchers, and similar instruments) into Naira or other supported settlement methods. We act solely as an intermediary/agent and do not provide financial, investment, or banking advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Valid identification may be required before, during, or after transactions.

3. Rates, Fees & Risks

Exchange rates and applicable fees are displayed at the point of transaction and may change without prior notice. Rates are subject to market conditions. All conversions are final once confirmed. We are not a bank — funds are not deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance. Market volatility may affect value.

4. KYC & AML Compliance

We are required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. For identity verification, we may request:

KYC is mandatory for transactions above ₦50,000, for politically exposed persons (PEPs), or where risk indicators appear. Enhanced due diligence may apply for high-value or suspicious transactions.
